I used to think Harrah's properties were the Bomb. Good service, nice comps (at least for me), and always had fun. Then they bought out the world, and my last trip or two was unpleasant, and tring to get info, or things arranged was a nightmare. I have finally given up trying to follow up on a matter from my trip in July (30 unreturned messages seemed like a hint). Everytime I commented on the problems I was informed that they were in a state of flux.

If they are bought out, I hope the new 'alien overloads' return Harrah's and its minnions to the good old days.
