Whether they will close accounts of US registered players and not accept new ones, then you would need a credit card/bank account with an address registered outside the USA. Plus are the sites going to monitor IP addresses blocking any from within the US. There is a very good point made by Nolan Dalla which is those companies seen to be complying with the regualtions in full may find favour should internet gambling ever be legalized again. Certainly the determined players will find a way around the system.
