Hello Chuck!! I would have to say I have my share of Burgers and Steaks. By the way the Steakhouse at Circus Circus in Vegas is wonderful for those of you that love a good steak. I use to have IBS..No more. Bad blood circulation in my hands...No more. I had surgery on my Rotator Cuff 5 days ago. I am up and at'm. Still a little sore, but healing faster than normal. This stuff is amazing. Just wanted to share. Thanks!!
