I just don't think that one post should be grounds for a banning, is all.

I agree it was completely out of place on this board, and in most circles outside the High School Quad (note my attempt at making such a comparison in the original post).

Perhaps if that was a post out of the blue, from someone we could reason is a troll of some type, yeah, ban 'im....but I just don't think one incident of stupidity on the poster's side of things should result in a ban, is all I'm sayin'.

Mind you, this is coming from someone who has had his own share of regrettable brain flashes such as I am sure this one was.

Certainly folks should make a mental mark next to his name on the list of "cool folks" and watch him in the coming weeks, but one stupid remark?
