Pit points are "the pits" in most Nevada casino players clubs. They would much rather have you play the slots where their expected win is 9-10% than the tables where, if you play well, they can expect 2% or less, long-term.
Unless you play green chips at the tables, you won't get anything from strip casinos in the way of perqs. My experience is that you must average over $100 a hand to get room offers from the better strip casinos.
Smaller places in LV that might be willing to comp you rooms and some meals for $25 a hand play might be Stratosphere, Arizona Charlies, and Sams Town.
There are many places with players' clubs that will offer you rooms for $1 slot play. Try Harrahs, Stratosphere (Arizona Charlies included), and Riviera. Maybe Sahara and Terribles, though I don't have experience there in many years. Be sure to watch for "multiple point" days where you play regularly. There are several web sites that watch these for you; try Las Vegas Advisor for news of planned club events.
You won't get much for quarter slot play these days in Las Vegas. Even with the large hold on slots, they can't expect to make enough from you to pay for the freebies unless you are a local and play every week; then you don't need a room [g].
