I just wanted to try out my new camera and I just picked up this cool ashtray from the Holiday in Reno. The place was only know as "Tom Moore's Holiday" for about 3 years - 1967-1970. I saw a post the other day that said that the Holiday was the host of the first World Series of Poker in 1969. It is interesting to note the during this time period all the owners were from San Antonio, TX and the Holiday was known as the High Roller place in Reno. All the big gamblers seem to come from out of town....
