I read all this stuff about how some can modify chips to look like new etc. Earlier I think It was Ricky Pushkin was talking about an older chip he had on EBAY that was going for $60.00 but expected it to go higher....anyway.....Are these "Modifers" capable of buying that chip for 60 bucks and turnning it into the high book price? Or are they mainly just doing the insert type chips? Just wondering because if they can buy these not mint chips for a low end price then modify them to sell for high end prices....won't that hurt the chip hobby? On the other hand...isn't a million dollar, worn, cracked, torn, chipped painting still worth a million bucks once it's been restored?
