Al works media. I can't address his current schedule, nor can I address his current ability or inability to access his personal email account, other than there may be problems. I work media too, and without going into detail, that stuff happens sometimes.

I have also sent chips to people that took more than a month to be delivered by the post office. The package could well be sitting somewhere between you and Al.

Don't condemn someone when you don't know what is going on, and don't fault others for standing up for the person in question if you or your friends know him or her. Ask first!
