And my idea for improvement was, and still is, that the entire club community should stand up to bullies who make up horses butt chips and call people names and tell them that is not acceptable from ANYBODY, even if he is your drinking buddy, or you are afraid he will abuse you next. When 90% of the people expressing opinions defend the bully that sends a pretty clear message that no disaggreement will be tolerated no matter how helpful or constructive it is.

One man's constructive criticism is another man's complaining, and on this board the difference is measured not by what you say, but by who your buddies are.
