This is an my personal observation on complainers. Complainers just like to complain when they are not happy about something. Complainers do not take action, they expect someone else to do it for them. Complainers are all talk and no action.

The CCGTCC is made up of volunteers, as are all of the casino collectibles clubs. These volunteers donate their time and efforts for nothing more than the satifaction of helping others. Volunteers should not have to put up with complainers. If there were fewer complainers, then there would most likely be many more volunteers. The complainers make it it intollerable for most people who would want to volunteer.

I have nothing against constructive criticism, as long as it is helpful in making improvements, it is done with some tact, and it is made to those who can implement changes.

My constructive criticism to complainers is that they should think through what they are unhappy about and come up with some ideas for improvement. And they should not express their ideas unless they are prepared to volunteer to make the changes happen.

The belly aching that I read on this board from day to day just makes this wonderful place (the online chip collecting community) a little less wonderful.
