I recently bought the chip below, for obvious reasons, but I know nothing about the chip. Is it a UFC? Does anyone have any information about it?

In addition, I am having trouble scanning the chip. It is a very dark blue and there appears to be little if any gold in the hot stamp. It is easy to read in person, but not in the scans. I have greatly lightened the chip for the scan below, but the color blue is innaccurate. Any suggestions for dark chips with weak hot stamps?
