I'm northernferg at ChipTalk. I sell the Marvel Paulson chips in the Member to Member forum but my thread is way down the list right now. I don't post here very often but I check in often to see what is being said. Fascinating stuff! Jim Follis is a great resource person here and there. There are so many expert collectors here and you can learn so much about chips.

Your friend is right about these being worth something. I see them every now and then on eBay and they usually go for $15-20 per chip when they are offered individually. There was one guy who used to bid almost every time one came up with a maximum bid of about $16.50. I haven't seen any recently but I did pick up 20 as part of a larger set recently.

Tell your friend to hang on to them - they're beautiful chips. (Unless, of course, he wants to sell them to me!![insert smiley here]!!!)
