Let's say one owns an auto body repair shop.
Someone gets into an accident.
The auto body repair shop fixes the car.
The owner of the car sells the car and never discloses the repairs to the new buyer.
Subsequently the buyer learns the car was in a wreck.....
Does he sue the auto body repair shop because he repaired the car and never disclosed it to the entire world in some form?
