The Crown inside Club (old design) and the Palm Tree (current design) are from the Commerce in Los Angeles. Dealer Check, MB, Pacific, and Courtesy Time buttons are used in Pai Gow Poker games.

Short Buy is from Hawaiian Gardens in Los Angeles, but doesn't say casino name. In Los Angeles, rules allow one short buy after every full buy in.
