The color of mine is bright yellow, just as it scanned, with the upper part in blue. The Mr. Peanut is in gold. My pencil pulls apart at the rim, between the blue and yellow colors, and has what appears to be its original eraser.

On the hat, is an indented circle with a slash going across, resembling a screw and MR. PEANUT in tiny raised block letters.

I wonder if it's bakelite?

I couldn't find Made in USA (or anywhere else) on the pencil...
