Name changed in Jan. 1994. My guess is that originally Nevada Coin Mart was a coin dealer selling collectible coins, etc. and the name was changed in 1994 when they went out of the coin business and wanted to continue minting casino tokens and not have to change the NCM mintmark.

Janice O'Neal could probably give a definate answer on this of course. The info on the name and date change came from her listing of token minters.
