Glenn just posted the result. If true, the Court found that the club lacked subject matter jurisdiction to be in federal court because in a matter between litigants of different states, the matter must involve an injury causing damage of $75,000 or more to at least one of the plaintiffs. Apparently, the Club could not show it was damaged and the plaintiffs were unable to show that any particular individual plaintiff was damaged by that amount. Or at least they failed to file a pleading that met that requirement. There is a suggestion that some damage was excluded because it was too long ago (before the statute of limitations). Plaintiffs are free to file another complaint if they believe they can then meet the jurisdictional requirements.
All of that is assuming that Glenn's post is taken from a real court document. I would guess that it was.
