Could this be the "real" reason some people do not waht thrid party serives in the hobby?

Could it be because some of the "big names" in the hobby have been selling altered / repaired chips?

I do not have the answers to this questions, but one has to wonder if some of the people who are fighting so hard to keep this practice out of the hobby are perhaps the same people who are the biggest offenders?

Yep, I know I will get slammed for this, but one has to ask.

And no, I do NOT have any answers, just lots of questions.
