My chip has the same reverse side that is shown on your scan.
The information was provided by Gene Trimble, so while it may/may not be considered "Gospel" I'd say it's definitely very close.
Chuck Mades did a "My Chip of the Day" post on 01/03/03. I responded with a scan of the S chip.

Chief Robert Satiacum owned the chips. He was a Payullup Indian. He ran illegal clubs in WA for many years. He was convicted of racketeering in 1980 and fled to Canada. I had more of the story but can't find it. Will look more tomorrow.
