Bill; Lots of my New Issue Subscribers are signed up for NCV chips. In fact, most A.C. collectors that I know welcome NCV chips to add to their A.C. collections. Some NCV's are easier to come by than others such as the Trump Marina chips. Sometimes private organizations issue NCV chips to commemorate events held at various casino properties. Usually, these are very difficult to obtain unless one is "connected" with the sponsoring organization or function held.
