Actually, I didn't take into consideration other nationalities such as yours, Eric etc. from other countries. I do apologize and will try to word it differently in the future. You and any other foreign nationals living in your own country legally certainly are welcome.

I'm just trying to make a political statment. I'm sick and tired of seening all these "poor" welfare people (both legal and nonlegal citizens) winning all these lotteries by buying their tickets with the government welfare checks they receive--and to top it all off, they never have to repay the government for all the years of welfare payments received.

I'm very well aware that none of our people on this board or in the club qualify to be barred by not meeting the qualifications, but that's just my way of voicing my displeasure of both political parties.
