I don't bid much on eBay, but the last time I did (was high-bidder for a few days) a bid was placed by someone in the same town in France as the seller. I was told by a long-time European chip collector that the bidder does not collect casino chips, either... and then I noticed that bidder retracted his bid and I won.

...and by the way, it was our Justin who turned me on the the French eBay auction. I would have never known the auction existed it it wasn't for Justin.
