I understand that passwords are a big PITA for the BB operator and then people lose them, and forget who they are. Stuff like that.

It would be better to find a way to get someone to find the computer posting the BOT spam, and have some legitimate enforcement agency contact them.

If that doesn't work, find a cousin in the area, who owns a little league bat, to go knock on their door and verbally persuade them to stop.
