I'll agree that we may have overzealous prosecutors at times if you'll agree that we may have overzealous Corp and defendant lawyers at times.

It's like the old joke, "What do you have if you throw 100 lawyers into the ocean?" ... a good start!!!!

Wouldn't it be great if all differences of opinion could be conducted as civilly as we have done?
