I respect your opinion too.

I guess that's why have courts in our society too.

I'm not an attorney but I still don't see how that law applies to people who have a business that is ran and hosted overseas.

It is also my opinion that sometimes you have overzealous prosecutors that try to manipulate older laws in such a way to use them for purposes that they were not initially designed for. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it shakes out in the courts.
