"Unfortunately the Nevada Gaming Commission only requires security tapes to be held for 7 days. Obviously one of our recommendations is to amend that to a more useful time period. I think we will know shortly whether Harrah's still has those tapes. I suspect they have reviewed them because when Pollack was confronted, he knew exactly how many chips were introduced and who from Harrah's did it. So my guess is that they got that information from the tapes."
