It's a good question, Jim. But, the reason the online gambling sites can't advertise is because the sites are considered illegal if they allow wagering by people in the US. That would not be true of legal land-based brick and mortar casinos, such as the Palms, Borgata, Foxwoods, etc. So, maybe they don't advertise for a different reason.
