This is the problem.

You aren't seeing the entire thread which is selectively edited to make certain members look worse than others and while many posts may be made in bad taste they are meant with a touch of humor and without malice.

I don't post private e-mail but you would be shocked and sickened by what some of these "esteemed" members feel free to express when they think nobody is watching. I get forwarded a lot of stuff that these folks don't realize is getting passed around because their ego doesn't let them accept that not everyone agrees with them.

I have debated as to whether or not to publish some of this stuff on the web but it wouldn't serve any purpose. I just don't care that much about it or the individuals involved.
