It's not as though the FTC has been kept in the dark not knowing that a problem exists in the antique/collector community; they've received hundreds of letters... It seems so simple to include the words "ALL ANTIQUES/COLLECTOR ITEMS" in the HPA... It's our Federal Government.. shouldn't they care?
