You have to remember that Internet IP addresses are recirculated so it may not be one person being funny or malicious, A few years ago when I was at my then girlfriend's house in Montauk, New York I posted messages her from her AOL account and the IP address that appeared was identical to six other club members who were posting messages before and after me.
