I would agree Coin Dealers right now are not qualified to grade a chip.

As for how YOU sell a chip that's how it should be....basing the selling price on whatever method you deem appropriate.

And your buyer will buy it or pass on it based on price...not how it's encased....would you tend to agree with that?
