try and keep a VERY well stocked bar.......
For me, a trip to SPECS warehouse downtown (The single largest liquer/Wine/Cigar/Gormet Food store in the southwest) is like a kid going to Toys R Us. I can spend a whole day browsing a quality liquer store.
