John it looks like you are saying the "(small vocal) minority dictating to the rest of us" is the current board of the CCGTCC.

You need to express your opinions to them.
They were elected in part because of the anti-slab plank in their campaign platform.
The slab list and the Slab Club endorsed them, and they will again endorse, next year, canditates that are anti slabbing.

No one on this BB can dictate anything to you.
