That message came from the CCGTCC board. You got it because when you posted the original message, you had the box checked that said you wanted to be notified when your message was replied to.

A few days ago a spam bot hit the board there and replied to hundreds of messages. For those that requested, as you had, each got an email notifying them of the response. But, by the time they reached the board to see, most of the spams had been deleted.
