Can anyone tell me which Aruba or Peurto Rico casinos are close to the cruise ship ports and if the others are accessable by cab/taxi? Which casinos are the best to visit and play some BJ or video poker?

Will be in Puerto Rico for just about four hours and Aruba all day.
