Need advice on CA trip

This month I am planning a vacation trip to finally visit the Reno and middle-California areas. I have been to Las Vegas and the surrounding areas (Laughlin, Mesquite, Pahrump) several times, but never got up to north-western Nevada. I get into Reno late in the afternoon of Saturday, 9/16, and I have to plan out my stops and driving for the next week to end up in San Diego at my brother's house by Thursday or Friday so I can rest up and fly back to Milwaukee on Sunday the 24th. I thought of staying in Sacramento on Sunday and Monday, driving around to the Indian casinos in that area and other sights and then heading south on Tuesday morning stopping at Jackson Rancheria in Jackson, Black Oak in Tuolumne, Chukchansi Gold in Coursegold, Mono Lake in Auberry and Table Mountain in Friant ending in Fresno for a night. Wednesday I could drive to Palace Indian in Lemoore, then over to Eagle Mountain in Porterville. From there I don't see on my map much of anything until you get down to San Bernardino, unless you count Chumash in Santa Ynez. Looking at the map, I don't feel I should drive all the way over to the coast to stop at that one place and have to go through all of Los Angeles instead of bypassing it. If I go to San Berandino, I can go south on I-215 and I-15 with a swing through the valley were Temecula, Pala, Pauma Valley, Rincon and Escondido have a stretch of casinos to stop at. I will have to pick a stopping point or two between Fresno and San Diego for Wednesday and/or Thursday night. I made a trip late last year to visit my brother in San Diego, and spent some time at the casinos in the San Diego area, as well as taking a drive north to visit Valley View, Harrah's Rincon, Casino Pauma, Pala, Perchanga, San Manuel, Casino Morongo, Agua Caliente, Fantasy Springs, Spotlight 29, Augustine and Cahuilla Creek. That was a great time and I expect to have even more fun on this trip.

Can any of you give me advice about the casinos, the roads, etc., so that I can take advantage of your experience on this part of the country. Thanks.
