This is sort of a good and bad one. We purchased a Moen kitchen faucet several years ago that had what I think was a design flaw. It relied on a hard plastic part that periodically broke. That's the bad part of the story.
However, the good part of the story is that Moen's customer service people never gave me any questions when I would call them each time it broke. They would simply ask for my address and send me a replacement part (sometimes two) for free. Sure, it was a hassle to replace it, but their willingness to keep sending me those parts for free over and over makes it hard for me to have any bad feelings about their products.
