"1) the marking of the word 'copy' must be incussed into the item not printed on according to the HPA
2) The law was not designed to work against repaired items only copies
3) Nothing is set in stone about the law until it is tested in court. We can all dispute what the law states but if anyone wants to see if it holds water a test case must be brought into the courts."
