A lot of Russian casinos are that way. I remember going to Alexander Blok in Moscow a few years ago where they had about 8 tables and just a few slot machines around the outside wall. The Chuck Norris owned casino didn't have any slot machines in it if I remember correctly. But then the Metilista casino had mainly slots with only one table pit.
