Lake of the Torches,WI

One of the three casinos in Wisconsin that I've never stopped at is Lake of the Torches, and it's really centrally located.

The problem with Carter was that there was an Easter party going on at Mole Lake, just down the road. So Carter was slow. I was the only one playing roulette, and by the time I got to the door, the dealer noticed that two chips were missing.

If it was busier, I'd have been in the car, and gone. grin

The pit boss was friendly enough about it and just said, take them back. I tried to explain that I was a collector and he said "I'll sell you a $500 chip if you want something to collect." Then basically had me escorted back to the roulette table.

Maybe my face is on their system now as "Chip Harvestor" I don't know.

But next time I'm up near Crandon WI I'll make another visit. They had really nice looking roulettes there.

Lost $20 and I didn't even get a chip. sad (whine) grin

Back on topic, and I doubt if anyone will read this message, because the BB if getting trolled by people who just want to defend and unpopular cause, and stir up debate.

Lake of the Tourches looks like a really nice casino, from the website and pictures. I think it's a must see (and photograph) for the Winter this year.

Still in full swing with working the racing season. Did a five day weekend, followed by a three day, and I have a four day coming up. Then, it suddenly becomes very quiet...
