Because you know 250, 500 1000 are now out there. All kept in great condition excepy if they are slabbed then they are in Perfect Condition. The older chips only are around in a samll quantity. LE chips will never be worth squat....Don't waste your $$$. Like keeping unopened 2006 Topps Baseball card packs....who cares?
