One doesn't have to "wade" through hundreds of messages. For the most part, the non-chip related posts all have "NCR" in the subject line. The and or are also easy to spot and skip if you choose.
I find the Chipboard easy to navigate and can easily skip the posts that I don't wish to read.
There are plenty of chip-related posts and I've managed to learn more from reading them than from any printed publication.
The other non-chip posts such as ashtrays, matchbooks, tokens and other casino memorabilia are always interesting and I learn something new from each one of them.
I think the combination of all the different subjects, posts, opinions, etc. are what makes the Chipboard so nice.
I, for one, hope Greg never changes the Chipboard.
