With the impending sale of the Hard Rock Hotel, what do you think will happen with the chips currently outstanding? Based on the current "soft" market for HR chips, will there be droves of people looking to turn in their HR LE's if / when the redemption notice comes out? Values up or down? (Since it is changing owners, I am only assuming that there will be a redemption notice -- is this in fact correct?) Thanks. Steve B
