The Mutual friend he mentions is a well known club member and a friend.

The Mutual friend called me about getting a friend and her party in the Ghost Bar, as sometimes it is difficult to get in.

The Ghost Bar, Rain, N9ne Steak House, and the pool area are owned and operated by the N9ne Group not by the Palms.
I have no comping power in N9ne Group venues.
I offered to call in a favor with a N9ne rep and have a party of 6 people put on the "Invited Guest list." This meant they would get in and would not have to pay the door charges. Roughly $150 for 6.

I explained this did not get them a table, just entry. Tables are sold for $600 and up. I could not get that comped. He fully understood.

Our mutual friend was happy I could at least get them in.
After the fact I got a very nice email thanking me for the help.
At the convention he thanked me again.

I feel quite certain our mutual friend has no idea that Glenn is using a favor I did for him as a club to beat me with. I forwarded Glenn's email to him.
