IF they do hit the secondary market, I would say that you are correct & they will be notched. Your problem is how many get out BEFORE Harrah's can round them all up. Of course all of those will not be notched. And from the E-Mails that are being sent out offering them for sale, and the auctions, I think there is a big hole in the security of how all of the WSOP tournament chips are being stored.
You also have to keep in mind that when cheats take chips out of tournaments for future use...they are not always working alone. They are working in teams. That can add up to a LOT of chips if they don't get them back in play during the course of the tournament. If they see how much the chips are going for on , they could decide to just pick up some money now, instead of holding on to them for next year. And taking a chance that Harrah's changes the rack.
