Id be surprised if that number all came from last year.
There was no $100k chip last year.
4 million = at least 160 chips if they were $25k
Chips were only colored up to $25k when there were 100 players left.
Any more than 160 chips and Im surprised nothing was noticed.
That said, they dont seem to care if people switch inlays with an exacto knife between hands
