Yes, but it was kept very discrete. If they had chips or dice, I have yet to see any with names, logo or initials on them. Saint Paul had many illegal gambling houses, typically referred to as "After Hour Joints" like many other states. Usually houses converted into a Bar or Bar/Restaurants with secret rooms.
I've got a friend checking into Minnesota illegals. So if I come up with any chips/dice, I'll drop you a note.
