"Do all dealers toke equal amounts to the 'suits'?'

Doubtful.
Some rooms have set amounts to toke off.
I never had set amounts in rooms I managed.
Also, I never shared in the poker room tokes.
The toke off is split by all support personel on the shift S/M, cashier, & brush.

I do know that some dealrs do not toke off.
I've never heard them complain about not being treated well for not toking.*
BUT:
I think a dealer should answer the rest of your questions.

*I am talking about modern day. There are horror stories from the old poker room days.
