Why would the Dealers want to give any money to their Supervisors? Do the Supervisores have a direct impact on the Dealers tokes? I'm in the restaurant business and it is unheard of for servers, bartenders, etc to give money to restaurant managers. I must be missing something in the Casino industry. Thanks in advance
