The casino workers had a line to ward off friends when "THE" dice were on the tables.

There was always a worker on staff, they called "Buster." in most clubs. When the dice would get hot for the customers, the box man would pass the word, send "Buster" over here. Buster would run in the right dice for the situation.
Most of the dice both straight and crooked were made by name distributors, Mason Co (under the name, Kansas City Card Co.), BC Wills, HC Edwards, etc.
Most of the name distributors had no problem making dice for the casino's customers or any one else that wanted them made.
Customers that brought their own dice, usually did not like the final outcome.
